Subject: Quick...gimme a swim workoutMy coach dropped the ball and didn't send me a workout today. I need a good swim workout.....maybe about 2000 yds or so.
I don't need something super complicated that looks like it was written in hieroglyphics. Maybe something like 20 x 100? 10 x 200? Descending times, or something like that?
