Regular  95  North Haven |  Subject: Great Ride Yesterday, Pic on the new pike....I did a Time Trial yesterday and it felt awesome. I am finally starting to get over the gears on the bike and really starting to get faster.....Here is a pic after our ride...also my first pic of me on the bike....  |

Not at all....For the 12 mile TIme trial I was at like 16-18mph with a high of around 22 for the ride....IT was a flat test to see how my training is going....and it seems to be working. |
