Subject: June Core Challenge!OK, I want to get some company on my drive to finally get regular core work into the routine. So, here is the challenge...get 4 core WOs per week in June. Does not matter what WO routine. crunches only, big gut busting WO, class...whatever. The challenge is to get consistent! Everyone knows they should do it. Fasties, fishes, going short or going long, run only, HIM or IM...core is critical to all the efforts. I have tried to get consistent and can't seem to get there. I am now going to try peer pressure.
