If you are anything like me, strength workouts are the first to be skipped when my volume in the tri sports increase. But having a strong core is essential to perform well and it takes 30 days to form a habit - right? RIGHT! I am posing the following challenge: Ten minutes of core exercises a day... And every day in August. Crunches, sit-ups, supermans... Whatever floats you boat and it has to be for 10 minutes a day! To sign up, please respond to this thread. Here are the rules: It has to be an every day activity. You can't do 70 minutes of core on Sunday nights to count for the week. You already have strengh routine? Great, just comment on your log that you included 10 minutes of core to count. I will set-up teams based on the number of participants. There will be a Google spreadsheet to log your progress and to keep up with your team mates and the other teams. That's all I can think of right now, so let's get this show on the road. |
