In other words, can you tweet "fire" in a crowded theater?

Is there a fire in the theater? No? Then this is not protected speech. Did you cause a trampling riot? No? Then it probably doesn't matter, you're not going to get charged with anything. |

Champion ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() 1) Why would you want to? 2) I am not an expert on all smartphones, but the twitter app I use on my iphone I actually have to have open to get messages. If it is in my pocket and I'm not paying attention to it I see nothing. If I was in the theater in that situation I may not see your tweet until hours later. |

Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Haven't been to the movies in a while, but why would people pay to see a movie and then text? You can text for free outside the theatre. I guess some peoples thoughts are just THAT important. |
