Good morning Peeps!

*Yanti...so happy to have you back! Was getting worried and about to send some desert piglets over to check on you!

Legs are feeling tired so I took that as a sign to take a day off. Will hike with the doggies in a bit however, and play at the pool. Yesterday I managed 8-50m repeats, not a lot but it felt great!

Good luck Sunday racers!

Last Sunday brick workout before going home to Oregon....done! 90 km ride and 10 km run. Included four over and back crossings of the big suspension bridge and, unfortunately, four ride-by's of the messy aftermath of an early AM truck crash. Celebrated my survival with the last Cliff Turbo Cherry-Chocolate Gu in Vietnam (at 75 km), and a nice brunch downtown later. Swim-only day tomorrow. So, so ready for summer break!

8 mile run in the foothills (lots of rolling hills...and I liked it!) and then a quick 1000 meter run.

Now time for stinky me to take a shower!

3 mile run this morning + week 3 day 1 of my wife's C25K program.

Now for pool cleaning and couch sitting. Is it bad that she is working on the C25K program and I'm sitting on the C?

It is a beautiful sunny day.  Low 80's not a could in the sky and a nice breeze out of the west @ 10mph.  Did my longest bike ride so far @ 36 miles today.  Felt like I could have gone longer but didn't want to overdo it.  My pace was not the best, only 15.71mph but I'm getting there.

7 mile slow run today, legs felt pretty work after yesterday. Had a tri friend and her boyfriend over to watch the Philly Pro Cycling race. Saw the start, came back to the house to eat and drank sangria, and went back to watch a really exciting finish. Not a bad Sunday!

58 minute run this morning. Did 7.75 miles and am stoked that my times have been coming down on the pace. Woke up early this afternoon so I went for a 12.5 mile ride before I had to come back to work.

Finished an olympic triathlon.  Confirmed that I have a long way to go before I remotely become a decent swimmer.
