As athletes, we are supposed to listen to our bodies when we train, but do you do the same when it comes to what you eat and how it makes you feel? This is not about your taste-buds, but more about food choices based on health. For me about 90% of the time or more I don't eat/drink: Soda: Gave it up at the age of 16 after a massive sugar high and crash Cheese: Gave up at 22, it just doesn't agree with me Dairy: makes my skin break out Bread, cereal, rice, oatmeal, pasta and fried food: throws acid reflux into a tailspin Caffeine: realized I sleep better at night when I stick to decaf Sugar: Try my best to tackle this one on a daily basis because we all know sugar is not good for us  |
