Subject: 12.31.12 New Year's Eve!
Hello! Beautiful 3.5 sunrise run along the ocean. I have seen more active people here in the past week than I have in an entire year in my town! It's great! Heading to the beach again...taking cap and goggles and hoping for a nice ocean swim! Enjoy the last day of 2012!!!

Hoping to finish off the year with an easy 45-50 minute run. My 15 year-old kitty has been sick and kind of babysitting her. Vet couldn't find anything serious in her lab work so just treated the symptoms and hoping for the best--either it's something minor that's put her off eating for several days, or maybe her time is up. Sob....not a great way to end the year.

Today was supposed to be a rest day but it turned into a 1 mile memorial swim for a team mates young daughter who passed during a sledding accident last week. 

Take a few moments today to truly cherish those people in your lives!

40 mins on the dreadmill at the gym followed by a nice long, hot shower.  Now having martini.  Good way to end 2012.  Life is good.

Five mile run. Made my goal of running 1000 miles this year- 1000.75Laughing

Good way to end the year. Tomorrow a 20 mile ride to meet my wife and race a 10am 5K.

Gonna be a warm race! High is supposed to be around 80.

Nada, zip, nil, rien.     The four Odd Thomas books that I ordered came today and I have three read and one to go.      Sometimes ya just got to wallow in a good book or two.

Spent a week at my in-laws' house and never. Left. The. House. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

New Year's Eve was spent cross country skiing for a few hours with friends. Hope you are all having a wonderful end to your year!
