It actually doesn't look like it would be that difficult to build. I'm eyeing my wall...

No, it doesn't. Seems like the rack can be bought ready for the poles. I don't have a free wall big enough though

Wow - strength and grace! A rack like that would be easy to attach to all that knotty pine downstairs - could encorporates the ceiling as well.....

Two?  Link please.

Comet, what about building one outside.  You could sink some 6" x 6" (4" x 4" may even be enough), and then build a wall with decking and attach the pole/rack system to that.  If I lived someplace that had more warm months that would be the way I'd go, depending on the yard privacy set-up--though that isn't necessarily a deal breaker, just maybe limits the range of exercises you can do;)

Ohhhhh! Core challenge turns to pole challenge? Tongue out

And I do have a wall that big and empty...wonder if I could convince DH and son to give up their plans for a climbing wall? ok, I actually only wonder if I could convince son. Innocent

We really need to move to a bigger place as I'm not about to give up the bike wall to have a wall rack... though Tony may disagree with me on that one.  Laughing

I think you could build it so that when it's not being used for pole practice you could store bikes on it.  Really.  Million dollar idea right there folks.

Should I consult a physician before starting this excersize program?  I would at least have one on speed dial.  One that is a specialist in reconnecting limbs.
