Sweet!  Another one on the naughty list.  I'll have to stop smoking walnuts at lunch.

Does that make the 85 year old woman next door to me a dealer for giving me a bag of walnuts?

Well, did she give them to you or did she sell them to you?  And how big was the bag?

I did yard work in exchange for a grocery sack full of walnuts and a couple raspberry plants. Does that count as payment?

As long as there wasn't any sex or money exchanged, I don't think DEA considers it payment.  If only we could ask a cop...

We don't care about the walnuts, but we'll sieze the yard, the house that sits on the yard, the car that was used to transport the bags and the raspberry plants, and try to seize all property that the roots of the walnut trees touch.....or provide shade for...depending on which judicial district we can get the case heard in.  Laughing

Stand down, officer.  Obama just signed an EO stating that we will not enforce that law for the next year.

That's prostitution my friend......

You're a hooker. A yard hooker.

Now....go get high off your walnuts to ease the pain of how far you've fallen in life.

structure function claims are a BIG DEAL to the FDA
this has to do with supplements being considered food vs drugs

so yes once you start saying that your product is intended for use in the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of disease you fall under drug regulations which the FDA takes very seriously

I went into the pool area (as this was a pool swim) and got body marked. That's when it hit me that I was there to race - this was not a clinic.
