I've gone to see Toronto Maple Leaf's, Blue Jays games, etc. and it has been an American singing the national anthem....whats the big deal? As long as you know the lyrics not sure what the problem could be.....the singer is paying honour to what the lyrics stand for. Now seeing someone sing the National or Royal Anthem and mumbling through the lyrics....thats offensive....american, canadian or whatever.....make sure you know the damn song! lol. |
