Subject: me in 100 words or lessI guess I should have come to this thread first, been posting for a week without introductions. I am coming back to training after a long (short here ) story.....Was healthy when younger, got older, got fat, couldn't stand it, watched Kona 03, got inspired, started training for first sprint (may 04 ), blew out my back (L4 & L5 ), laid up, got fat again, got fix from docs, back on the training sked for possible early spring sprint. Biggest downer right now is that I am not supposed to run (yeah, right ), so I have to swap out a lot of my run training for time on the eleptical trainer and "water running".
