Well it's almost 20 weeks to Austin 70.3 and Oilman, so it's time to start thinking about cobbling a training plan together. As Sonic Endurance has done in the past we’re going to run a special on training plans for our fall regional Half Iron distance races, namely Oilman and Austin. Essentially you get one on one training that will address your limiters, set your HR or power zones, and educate you on race day nutrition for the price of a group plan. This is a great way to try out coaching without mortgaging the house.
