9am - 90 min trainer ride. Variety of intervals - actually felt good.
My youngest son has been sick now (out of school ) for 3 days, and still sounds awful and has been coughing for 2 weeks. That means no sleep for anyone in the house so trying to hold it together. Plus my workouts get screwed up because I'm the one that stays home with the kids when they get sick. Lots of sporadic TRX stuff here and there along with my early spin classes. We will probably go back to the dr. Monday and see about getting a chest X-ray if he doesn't improve by tomorrow. ugh! |
