My day: running (2 miles only ), short (13 mile ) bike ride, a bit of weight work, and some yoga. This is my version of a little brick, I guess. I'll do a short ride followed by a short run. It's a start, I guess. Yoga will be early in the day -in a few minutes, I suppose. And the weight work will be later tonight and upper-body focused. So I shouldn't kill myself. That's my thinking, anyway.
