Yeah, I am on the board.  Didn't make it out for the race this morning, but just ran around my hood now for some temp and snow points.  Darn, if I had ran this morning it was snowing harder. OH well.

Went for a 3 hour road ride and it was cold even tho temps were in the low 40's -- 15-20mph winds made it seem much chillier than that.  One of these days I'll get points!  Looks like snow is moving in tonight

Had a great Turkey Trot yesterday, in mid 40 weather, and an excellent mid (10 mile) run this morning in upper 30's so no points on either. The as I get out of work dead to the world, it drops into the upper 20's and start to rain with a 15 mph wind. I was too tired, so still no points this weekend. Hopefully I can get out in the snow we are suppose to get this week.

16 mi run today, got into the 30's at the end. Then it started hail-sleeting which was killing my face running into it

Had to pick up my wife's van so I got a short commute type ride in after sunset.  38 degrees and light winds.  snagged a few more points.  Next week we are supposed to be back in the upper 50's.

Funny how the top 3 right now are all within a 1.5 of 1000 pts without going over it....

I'm just happy to have some points. I got a couple more last night. I headed out at about 11 for a short run but it was in the low 30's so I only get half points but some points are better than none. If I had gone out an hour earlier I would have tripled my points with the wind but then it stopped before I headed out.

No cold weather here in WI. I think things might be changing soon. I dunno. I would rather run in the 40-50s than get points!!

You must live too far down south. We got some crappy weather over the weekend. It was still below 35 this morning, with some snow still on the grass.

Went for a ride but it was too warm for any points. Too bad because we had some wind. It also started raining too so I could have had some good points if it were a little cooler. Here it is 1:30 am and its still too warm for points. Maybe next time.

Yeah, it's 33 and snowing (again) today!  I am off early and plan to run, although I am worried it will have warmed up to 36.  Will I still run - that is the question

wgraves7582 - 2010-11-16 6:25 AM I could have bet that on the way home as soon as dusk arrived I would have earned points but no luck.  Slept in today because this afternoon I am going for a wet (too warm though) run.

Should be back in the points by Thursday morning and all weekend.

I WANT SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!

x2-They say it's over 51 here with 80% chance of rain. I don't believe them on the temp. Its cold out there. The wind isn't helping much, 20 mpg with gusts up to 35. I don't like running in the wind. I'd rather have below freezing and snow than rainy, windy and 51.

I relate so some of that stuff up above.  I just had a 5-7 minute commute with 22 mph winds, rain and 37 degrees.  Great points for the short distance but I think I would have preferred 50's

I just ran in some real crappy weather - except one problem - it was too warm!

Wind, Rain, Mud (that was my fault because I thought I would have some fun on the trails) makes for a fun run

Ahhhh to be a kid again!

It was so cold here the other day - then I realized it was too warm for points but the wind was crazy!

My run ended up being a perfect 34.4 degrees!  Ha ha.  Quite lovely, actually.  Only earned me a 1/2 point though, too nice and calm otherwise.

It might be interesting next year to build in something for precipitation.  Like, either temps below 35 OR snowing/freezing rain.  It certainly snows above freezing and that makes for conditions that are decidedly crappy (although let's admit - FUN).  Just a thought.

I was outside yesterday all bundled up in jeans, coat, etc. I was outside this morning twice, no shoes, light lounge pants, t-shirt. There is no way that yesterday was 15 degrees warmer than today. I froze yesterday and this morning felt just a little chilly.
Of course my exercise slot didn't match up with the cool temps. Its now 1 degree too warm to have a bike ride count for points.

First time out this year running. -15C lots of wind and snow. Only lasted 20 minutes. Brought a toque but couldn't get my hair in it to cover my ears, need a bigger one, maybe a balaclava. Brutal.

So far this year I have been shafted with lower 40's and clear, where the hell is winter when you need it? The last three times I have been able to get my bike out for a ride it has been in the mid 40's. I guess I need to start training at 2:00 AM.
