Are you only sleeping 4 hours per day? I think that's a big part of the problem right there. I don't think there's anything wrong with your goals, just your daily life. Get more sleep. Yes, you may need to train at night to be able to get the mileage in (trainer for bike mileage ), but it's doable. Remember, you havew the same 24 hours in a day that every one else does, it's just that most of your waking hours are skewed one direction. The advantage to that is that the lines at 24 hour Fitness would be shorter...
