Swim and run ON TRACK! YEAH!!! Swim will be at 100% by end of week and run should be at or close to 100% as well.
bike at 50%  but I have a plan. Have 1 hr 45 min of spin class (w/f morning ) planned for the week and will do the remaining 3 hrs Sun - Wed... I know I can get it all in.
Best part is I feel pretty good. I thought I would be wiped out, but I felt strong yesterday on the treadmill and again in the pool this morning.
YEAH! Most everyone else is in really good shape! Sorry to drag our % down, but looks like I'll make it. |
