Is that how long you have to run to burn off the calories in one of their donuts?Probably. Unfortunately I'll would need to run more to burn off the calories I'm going to put down Saturday. This 5k you get time subtracted off your finishing time for each donut you eat during the race. I like donuts. I like running. I'm just not sure it's a good idea to put them together. We shall see.... |

Extreme Veteran 494 Morris County, NJ | Subject: RE: Team B - April Challenge Happy Friday Team. Completed AM yoga and swim. Ironically, it was a particularly tough yoga class with really active poses. I was panting, broke a sweat and actually fell down. I was completely wiped when I got to the pool. I had nothing left in the tank for my swim--from YOGA!!! I am training for my first half iron distance race, and I can't even survive a yoga class. This is not a good omen. Hope everyone else has greater success today. |

Hope everyone else has greater success today. You know you don't have to listen to the yoga teacher, right? Take breaks in child pose and save some energy for your swims. The key in yoga is maintaining a slow, deep breath. If you can't do that then you need to back off alittle. (Your teacher should be telling you this.) It's just one workout. Take a deep breath, let it go, and get ready for tomorrow's workout! |

Hopefully that will solve my problem. If not, surgery to remove the nerve. I'm hoping the shots work! |
