I'm counting cals which is how I know I'm getting about 1100-1200 cals/day. Adding what I think is enough to get through workouts for now. Just getting started, no heavy training.
I'm assuming half a protein shake before and some small bar after should compensate without undoing the weightloss thing.
I want this to be sustainable, so I'm not letting myself get too hungry without grabbing a seaweed salad, 2 ozs. avocado, half cup of beans or 11 almonds - whoo hoo partay!
