At the early morning swim Tuesday I meet a Sea Bee who is trying  to learn the combat swim stroke.     Nice fellow and got to talking with him.    He says there is no Seal in the area who could teach him this stroke.     Told him I would help him this coming Friday morning.  Methinks that it is hilarious that a former Reconnaissance Marine  is teaching a swabby how to swim.     Nice young man who is eager to learn.  Won't mention a fore said irony whilst instructing him.

Adrienne, I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. 

My favorite was Rose--mostly because I think Betty White is a genius.  I loved the whole show though.  Definitely need pictures.

I think a milk mile would be fun.  Not quite as fun as a beer mile though.

I didn't think you got sore.

Done again with today's run, my streak has not stopped. I think I'm on day 17, but I don't remember when I started. Last night was rebuilding the closet shelving in the bathroom and closet that we are renovating. My work input has been minimal, since a friend is doing the work, but I know he didn't want to do the shelves and the rain had killed any outside activity for me, so I spent about 90 minutes putting the shelves up. I know why he didn't want to do it now

Stalk away Jo, I hope your training is back on track after the gym FUBAR.

Don't worry about what day you are on or letting me know about the streak.  I just want to make sure that you all have reported daily somewhere so I can find it.   Sometimes people put up things like dog walking (me) and I don't know if it is your jogo or not.  You count it.  I count it.     Your streak is safe with me and my spreadsheet.

Finally have trainer resolution, as of yesterday.  I am hooked up with the trainer who works with the Hanson-Brooks Distance Project.  I guess if he is good enough for elite marathoners, he is good enough for me.    Love my Hansons friends!!

Cool, that is a resolution that is worthwhile. I think that your legs may not like it as much as the rest of you does, but it sounds good to me. Have a blast!

I am a JoGo failure.  Kick me off the list, I've missed too many days, like 3 or more.  Bad manatee.  Bad JoGo-er.  Life just kinda gets in the way sometimes, which really isn't that great of an excuse.

I don't know about all the rest of that but I agree with life getting in the way. I'm thankful for the Jogo because it pushes me to take that time to DO SOMETHING!

Woo hoo!  Way to go!
