C'mon BT World! Getting close to the finish, we're ahead but the Ghoulies could catch us up at any minute! Time for the final push and FINISH STRONG!

I am STILL dealing with my infection. I have 3 more days of antibiotic. I HOPE it does the trick. It has been 3 weeks.... that is most of this month, dammit.

However, I am GOING to make my goal!

4.2 miles this morning.  I'm well on pace to getting to my goal of 160.

3 miles after work last night - I'm only at 47/70.  7 days to run 23 miles.  If I follow my plan exactly I'd get 21 miles.  I'll try to do 6 today or tomorrow and again on Tuesday, that's 12 then 3 X4 will be another 12, so it's doable.  Just have to DO IT !!

I got in a little over 3 miles last night as well. Almost didn't go since I would have to run in the dark alone but my running partner came.
So far with 7 days left:

Running - 42.22 / 60 (70%). If I follow my plan, I'd get 15 more miles which would still be 3 miles short of my goal.
Swimming - 185/500 (37%). May be able to get to 75% of my goal.
BootCamp - 6/15 (40%). With only 4 more sessions for the month, I most I could get is 10/15. However, with an aching back, not sure that would be prudent.

I overestimated my goals last month in the challenge and adjusted this month. Of course, you can't account for injury and with a painful back, I had to skip quite a few workouts. At least it wasn't because I was too lazy to work out.

I actually finally got to half way!

Now for the rest of my goals in the last few days. Did a run, a bike and a strength set today. The hubbie got a new Mountain bike (hear that Bill)! Hopefully that means some riding this weekend!

I'm at 75%, and with vacation starting tomorrow, I'll have no trouble getting in one more run and 3 more bike rides.  We are taking the bikes with us to Hilton Head and they have some great biking paths, and that is how we are going to get around on the island.

LET'S GO GHOULIES!!  Time to log those workouts.

I had a great trail run today and some azz-kicking ST. I will probably add a couple sessions to my goals to keep me accountable for next week.  Hope everyone has a terrific weekend!

Got in a swim at lunch today and a run after work.  Should be able to finish off my goals next week.

Come on everybody!  It's the home stretch!!!

I had a great Parkrun this morning with a new PB for the 5k so I'm pretty happy. I think it may have been the Halloween theme- lots of runners dressed up in Halloween costume for the occasion .

Yesterday 50% today 63%. If I don't relapse, I should be good! Fingers crossed for play time on the MTB tomorrow.

Managed a fairly slow and hilly hour out on the bike this morning, I'm hoping to manage about an hour in the pool tomorrow. I know I won't make target for the month but I'm trying to get as close as I can

Great work everyone! Finish strong then raid your kids Halloween candy .

I'm at 99% for both of my goals. Glad I got that run in yesterday but I've resorted to plunging my achy foot in a cooler of ice water every time I sit down! Dedication, never question my dedication to the team!

5.2 miles of running yesterday and a 15.3 mile run today, which started sucking towards the end.  I was reminded why I hate marathons.

Finished my race strong, Marine Corp 10K, yesterday. My running partner and I kept each other going at a faster pace than I have gone since starting over this year. WooHoo!

Fantastic!!! You rock!

Isn't that a great race? I had hoped to be up there doing the marathon with the hubby. We had to bail this year, next year will be ours... if we get in.
