Expert 713 Lake in the Hills, IL | Subject: RE: Ironman Louisville : Official Thread I just looked at that 30 week plan and it looks pretty good. It does help to keep you moving in the right direction when you are following a plan. The off-season is always hard to keep on track. |

Extreme Veteran 725 | Subject: RE: Ironman Louisville : Official Thread I will be there with you Tam!!! I considered taking this year off and then coming back in 2010, but the peer pressure was too much and I registed for this year as well. It is wonderful you will be with us again this year!! Having you catch me at the finish line was the perfect finish to the race. I have a feeling lots of people will be going back again in 2010. Wow - won't that be a great year!!! You will be an ironman!!! |

30 weeks? Holey moley! Is this like a couch-to-ironman plan? :-) I'm using the Rogillio 's infamous swim-bike-run-as-much-as-my-body-can-stand-and-w/o-going-insane IM plan. ~Mike Does this plan come with a free day-glow t-shirt for race day????

If you're going I'll be there. No doubt about it. As a volunteer. It'll be my wife's year for an Ironman so no race for me. I'm sure I'll see you at a few races this year before IMKY.
