I've used it on my face (sparingly, I mean it's putting STRAIGHT OIL on your face!) and on dry patches on my arms and legs. I like it! Good to know, I tried everything so I will try this! I'm going to give it a whirl as well - might as well! All of us all oiled up and smelling like coconuts.....this is a grand idea There really needs to be a beach involved in all of that! OKAY!!! Yes please!!! Might as well throw some of those cocktails with the tiny umbrella in them too. And pretty sure a couple of days in the sun will fix my face anyways! Singapore Slings all around! |

Sure. Choice between good things, bad things or just different things? I don't know which will ultimately be good and which will ultimately be not so good. I would like to do what will turn out to be the best for all concerned but I really don't know what that is. Well, it sounds like whatever it is, you are not making the decision without careful deliberation. Trust yourself and don't look back after you make your choice. Even if it doesn't play out the way you think, you will never know how the alternatives might have played out, so no sense wasting energy on them. |

We substitute quinoa for the rice, and jsut dont eat potatoes. No bread is hard to do but after you get used to not eating it, it's easy to do. No pasta is also a big deal as we had a lot of pasta back in the day. Now we don't eat any. Lots of good paleo recipes out there. |
