florida 70.3 on May 18, 2008!

Been doing Olympic distance triathlons but I am still concerned on the swimming time! Bike and run I guess I am ok.

Any tips on swimming in the 70.3 florida? choppy waters, temp., anything helps.

I am signed up to do Vineman 70.3 in Northern Cali again..  I did it for my first HIM last year and it was awesome..  Great course for a newbie to that distance and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about taking the next step up and who lives in California..
