Subject: RE: Body Composition Challenge Round 2: The HolidaysGreat! I definitely need this. I had piriformis issues and plantar fasciitis last year and wasn't really able to train. But I still partied with my tri friends despite not doing the workouts, and now I've gained about 20 lbs! So my goal will be to lose at least some of that over the course of the challenge.... I weighed myself just now and am at 163 lbs and 30.9% body fat (ugh!!) So for this challenge, I'll aim to lose 15 lbs and hopefully most of that will be fat. My main focus will be strength training, interval work, and paying attention to nutrition. Also, lots of yoga and foam rolling! |
