Oh my gosh, he's adorable! (The furless kid is cute too...) lol
hehe...thanks What lake were you guys at in your doggy pic?

Chris, we are on to you.  We see how you are trying to distract us from TJ's very important question.  As a reminder, TJ asked, "Didn't we have a conversation (many threads ago) about seeing you in interesting attire Chris?"

Way to refocus him Janyne.  In the legal world we call what he did a red herring.  Don't red herring us Chris!!

As I mentioned above, the Internet is large and finding things can be a challenge, especially without a starting point.  So, here is all the info you'll get for today: Relay for Life, Englewood. I forget the year, but I believe it was early 2000's.

Does it involve an evening gown competition or should I not bother to look over that section closely?

I knew you'd crack this thing quickly!  Still, my memory was that Chris was going to buy and dress in some sort of skimpy tri outfit.  I want to see this evening gown picture too, but let's not let him off the hook on this either!

With all the make-up, it's hard to tell. :'D It does seem the outfit in question was cut along slimmer lines.

You mean you're not going to post the picture?  I can't find it!

We've been up to Saguaro and most recently to Canyon, but Roosevelt is too far for a good day trip.

It really is. We're looking at camping up there soon. It's been a busy summer and we haven't camped once!

We were going to head north last weekend, but storms kept us down near Tucson. Camping is a new thing for us with a 7yo and 3yo. We've always been active and outdoors with them...camping is just our next step

Who is on Athlinks?  I think it's a good place to keep track of race results.  Here's my profile.

We really just got into camping last summer. But we LOVE it. Now we are fully stocked for some great camping trips! Would be kind of fun to get Arizona peeps together for something like that. Practice our open water swim. ;-)

I didn't realize you were in Tucson. Roosevelt is a long day trip for us, definitely for you!

If you can, go up to Apache lake. Holy cow, it's so pretty and way off the beaten path. Quicker if you take the beeline up to Roosevelt then down to Apache instead of the Apache Trail. But not as pretty. :-)

Go to a race (or races) that you've been in and claim your results.  It's pretty much that simple.  Race results can take a couple weeks or so to get added, but it's a good way to keep track of what you've done (although, honestly, I also always bookmark the race results).

Yeah, what I meant is that everyone's results are already on Athlinks. You make your own log-in and profile. Then just collect the results (or "claim"). Oh, and sometimes they put the races in your profile for you.

Stacey,

What did you decide to do about the bike computer situation?  Fix up the Sigma?  Use your phone and something like the Wahoo Fitness speed/cadence sensor with that?  A multisport watch like one of the Garmins?

Just curious.

When does Jazz move in?

thanks to Toms suggestion I googled to make sure that I had the Sigma sincing properly and the YouTube video said "if it isn't working check this..." it turns out the battery sensor was bent. I fixed that and now it works again so no need to buy a new one, at least not until I get my new bike anyway. Maybe if I buy a 2015 model at full price I can get them to heavily reduce one, or maybe I can wait until Cyber Monday - when is that again?

Oh and Jazz moves in on Friday night. What's one more into the mayhem.

Only a few more pounds of dog food a week. And who needs floor space anyway?  If it's always covered with dogs, there's no need to sweep!

Find a mentor. Make a list of at least three people that you could approach for help, list your specific needs and then be courageous enough to begin asking.
