Keepin it Peachy, 5.3 mile run this afternoon.  As a night person I can not exercise in the AM.  I think if I had to be up at 4AM I would probably just stay in bed late the morning before and then just stay up all night. Hope y'all have a Peachy weekend.

I wasn't very peachy yesterday.  I was too busy at work, didn't even get to eat.  That's OK I'll ride at home.  My 2 year old decided it would be a good night to not want to go to bed.  The trainer is in the room right next to hers.  I was afraid to wake her up since she wasn't sound asleep.  She kept waking up all evening.

Got back on the wagon today though with a 40 minutes trainer ride.

Earned my peach today with a 10 mile race I think I've joined too many challenges this month though, cus I can keep up with the training goals, but can't keep up with the threads. My apologies for not participating more. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Crossfit.  I've been doing some of their workouts for my strength training. Though I avoid the heavylifting workouts.

canadarn2001 - 2008-11-06 8:12 AM Met a friend at 5:30am this morning for a run...we got 47 mins in! We must be crazy getting up at that time!

I did almost the exact same thing.  At least there is some comfort in knowing other crazies are out there!

If y'all are crazy for getting up at 5:30 for a run, what does that say about me getting up at 5 for mine? Good job peaches!

Heck, I get up at 4:08 for my workouts. I could probably push it to 4:18 and not drink my coffee, but I feel it's worth it.

Thats TOTALLY hardcore!!!

Quote for the day.......

" There are high spots in all of our lives and most of them have come about through encouragement from someone else. I don't care how great, how famous or successful a man or woman may be, each hungers for applause."
--- George Matthew Adams

So be sure to inspire at least one other "peach" member every day!!

Speaking of inspires - I love that quote on your blog that goes "One day my body will no longer be able to do this. Today is not that day!" I'm not a big one for corny quotes but that one mirrors my sentiments about life to a T!

Actually, do you mind if I borrow that quote for my signature line?

Not a problem at all...go for it!

Thanks!

I'm almost embarassed to post this but...I can't figure out how to add my minutes to the spreadsheet? Where on the page do I sign in to update the log? I'm so computer illiterate!

Leaving in about 40 mins for today's race...

Good Morning All, I am on the road again so just did a quick 3 miler this morning. I tried to log it on our spread sheet but am not sure how to log it. Do I keep a running total or break it down into what I did that week?
