so slow day, do I just counted the particiant list.

2,887.

kidding.  I move the list to print preview in word, counted one page and got 60 names, assumed the same for all other pages except last one, which I manually added.

2,887...give or take a few.....probably an even 300 as 2-3 names a page would get it to that...

what we all expected, I guess....I'm gonna wear my aero helmet during the swim....Wink

I have been haunting this thread as all my friends seem to be doing this race and it's the most fun IM thread going!
Keep up the trash talk, I'll be sure to add my $.02 whenever possible along with heaps of mocking.

As you well know, there are some fragile ego's planning to be out on that course, I would hate to crush them.

I don’t believe this year.  I get pretty excited during training just hope to have the energy to post about it.

If I was following the smack talk correctly with Rick and Jenn.  Rick is spotting Jenn 20 min on the swim.  WOW!  Ok so Jenn is pretty fast (not as fast me) then that really means Jenn will be a head of Rick like 50 mins.  Ricks swim is what 1:30’ish and Jenn well lets just say 1:00 (gotta build he confidence).  That would all add up to Spot time=20 swim times=30 = 50.

Yep she will beat Rick to T1.

You're just checking out your competition for Kona.

I heard, through the grapevine, that you can't run worth a lick outside or AZ.  Just sayin...

I might go up Memorial Day weekend since it's a long weekend.  Hopeful to go up June 17-20 to Jorge's camp as well.

No issues w/ black flies either time I was there in June last year.  Or maybe it's just that I bike so fast they can't hang with that.

Am I the only one who see's through Rick's blatant sandbagging in regards to his estimated swim time?! 1:30?! He would have to try and swim that slow! You better give Gopennstate another 10min head start there killer.

Very smart, Dan, leaving me off the list. You wouldn't want to challenge yourself TOO much. Don't worry, I'll cheer extra loud for you as you cross the finish line (behind me)
