I waited all day for it to go above 20 degrees, but it never did.  I am really tired today and almost bagged my run, then I thought about the peach, got out my UnderArmour and HTFU.  My peach may be frozen, but it's still peach.

Peach with a bit of stretching today...long run yesterday + no sleep left me with NO energy to do anything else...but I still got down on the floor and stretched it out. Yay me. 17/17.

I did 2 x 1 hours 22 mins trainer rides to total 2:45min.  HIM training in the winter in the Northeast is not fun.  Was going to running outside this morning, but it's snowing again.  Back to the gym today for 1 hour and 45min run.  17/17.

kept it peachy all week.

2 hr spin and 32 min run yesturday.

and a short 'clear my head' spin on the indoor trnr. today.  10 mins

would have gone outside for a walk, but like what others are experiencing, its just too blasted cold for this fair weather/climate controlled girl.

looking to another full week of peaches!

onward.....

Well I am now 16/18.  I did some pullups, but between work and a new puppy I didn't get any REAL training done.

Did someone say new puppy? I have one too, and boy does she require a lot of attention. What kind of puppy, how old, name?? I LOVE dogs in case you couldn't tell.

I keep seeing the initials "HTFU," but I don't know what they mean.  Help.  Thanks.

5K run this a.m. in 7 inches of new snow. The sun was shining and it was 23F out there, better than the subzero temps that we have been having. I even needed my sun glasses, very peachy day

19/19...I took advantage of a day off from work and went to the gym for a core enduance class that I haven't been to in ages.  Not as hard as I thought it would be, he must have been tired cause it usually kills.

I did a 10 mile run yesterday, my longest ever.  I feel like I have been hit by a bus today.  I think may be the day the streak ends.  I won't go to the gym, but there is still 1 foot of snow from yesterday that I need to shovel. 18/18.
