I've been using a Tempo Trainer during my swims.  Can I use it during the race?  It doesn't have anything to do with forward propulson and cannot be heard by anyone else.

Thanks for the help with that Josh.  I figured someone would know better than I did on how to handle that.  I'll definitely be at the race.  I can probably keep in touch with someone via cell phone too and be able to give updates from the course as I see people.  The hardest part is keeping track of all the race numbers!!
