I did that today and I came in at 175.0. Then I went on a 20 minute run (easy pace), did some pushups, showered, and reweighed myself and I was 173.8.
I am more than thrilled to even see 173.8 but in your challengers honest opinion what is my true weight? Hmmm... for comparison's sake I like to use the weight from the "same time every day" approach. But occasionally, I have been known to weigh myself throughout the day, looking for something better.  In reality, you probably won't be below 173.8 tomorrow... Sayy somewhere between 173.8 and 175.0. Which scenario would be more motivation to you? Using 175.0 and seeing a drop tomorrow or using 173.8 and possibly seeing an "increase" tomorrow? I could debate these things in my head all days... which is probably why I am not all that productive at work lately! |
