I think Trevor is actually waiting for Tracy to catch up so he can get that pat on the backside.

Watching whilst at work, it's Monday morning here.

Trevor's just finished his 13.1miles, 2hrs 43. It's making me exhausted just imagining getting through that next 13.1m!

Go T&T!!!!

With no 25 mile split it's going to be tough to pick them up coming across the line.  Not sure if anyone posted this link but here is online coverage of the finish line.

Just looked at the live feed again, it's getting dark now and lots more people coming down the chute.

I find this part of the IM finish much more exciting than seeing the elites race, just seeing the excitement and relief on people's faces and realising that they're "normal" people who've managed to complete an extraordinary physical challenge!

A little bragging on my kids...

Yesterday they ran a 3k at a local race in honor of a fallen state trooper.  I ran with Cody and he came in second in the 5 and under AG.  Kris ran with Tommy and he came in 3rd in the 9-11 AG (he is 9 and the other to kids towered over him).  Tommy did the 3k at a 7:55 pace!!  39th out of 200+ kids and adults.  He was ripping up the course.

LOL, he has been saying all day that his legs hurt.  I wonder why!!

Jeremy did the 800m fun run at the end and finished strong!

OK, brag off.  Back to the IM peeps!
