Stressful times. But I still made sure to get on the trainer for 5 minutes. I am so sorry you're being laid off. These are definitely stressful times everywhere right now. I had a several lb (drum roll...) wt gain this week so I won't even put it in my log. It's explainable between the cookies, rice and many other comfort foods consumed this past week.
