Thanks for that bit of inspiration on my training log the other day.   Everybody is feeling better except for the youngest two who are now waking up in the middle of the night because of congestion and a cough.  I meant to ride during the Ironman on TV but I got my time zones mixed up.

You've inspired me to pull the trainer out tonight after the kidos go to bed but before I fall over in exhaustion.

My computrainer came in the mail today. YIPEE!!!!!  Once/if I get it hooked up it might be ON for you peeps at the head of the class!!!   he he

I forgot to weigh myself this morning.  Should I just do it tomorrow morning (must be done in the morning) or should I just wait for next week.  It probably doesn't matter since I don't feel any lighter. ;(

You can do it either way, tomorrow or even next week is fine.  No change for me, but since I lost 5 lbs last week, I'm happy not to have gained.

 I am so sorry you're being laid off. These are definitely stressful times everywhere right now. 

 I had a several lb (drum roll...) wt gain this week so I won't even put it in my log.  It's explainable between the cookies, rice and many other comfort foods consumed this past week.  Well... will look ahead instead of back

I've been MIA for the last few days. Back in the game again today. Not being able to run (for the next 5 weeks) has been really depressing. The pity party is over and it is time to HTFU. This is the perfect opportunity to work on those things that I normally avoid.

50 minutes on the trainer. Down 1.5 pounds.
