I'm in! Bib number: Janus VIP pass. Location: on a boat watching the swim start while you all freeze your a@# off. Mission: to strip you wet suits off like a drunk frat boy! I'll be there cheering on on and will be available for stripping.

How was everyone's training this weekend? Saw lots of people out on the Beeline riding the course Saturday. 21 days!

I had a good weekend with a Century followed by a 6 mile run on Sat and then an hour on the bike followed by a 19 mile run on Sunday. 

The weather was cold and windy again on Saturday so I got to spend 6 hours on the trainer for my Century   

50 miles on Saturday on the bike, 3 mile swim Sunday.  Today, swim at lunch, run while at my kid's soccer practice tonight.

Whew, that's hard core!  Hope you at least had some decent videos to watch! 

going to be doing transition security...if anyone tries to steals your bikes I's gonnas lays them outs...and oh ...i'm going to be cheering you guys on too..

103 miles on Saturday with 3 mile transition run.
Sunday was 18 mile run.
Taper time

80 mile bike (1/2 of it into a brisk headwind) on Sunday.

10km run (x2) - still having major hoof issues, so the run will be what it will be.

Next weekend will be my last long ride + I'll put in a few 2-3 mile swims in the next couple of weeks.

I'm ready to git r dun!  

Just wear a sidearm, or a full-on assault rifle...you're in AZ after all....:)

Just over a 20 mile run for me on Thursday, 112 mile ride on the computrainer with a 6 mile run on Saturday, 4200 yard swim in the pool on Sunday.  Minimal pain in my hip so feeling much more confident about the race.

It's taper time for me.  I hope everyone is getting pumped!

maybe i could borrow the guns on them arms you got there wolf......=)
