Hello team, I miss a couple of days on here and we are already on page 23.  Wow!

And then I was going to ask about a chart and there are two backgrounds posted.  I like the second one with the wind.

I have managed to get in my workouts this week.  2 swim, 2 bike, 2 strength, so I'm at 25%.

I'll have to catch up on Sunday to see what everyone else has been doing.

Hi... Tech-Challenged Bill here... when I copy/paste the code into my dashboard, it only appears as the code, not the chart.  Never mind... I got it!!!  Thanks!  It looks great!

Thanks Nicole, the table looks great. Off to the trainer then yard work. It is nice enough to ride outside but I have way too much to do outside to get the steed ready for the open road. That will have to come later.

I just finished getting mine all ready for my ride this afternoon.  I'm pretty excited!  I just hope it warms up a bit more.  It's only 33 so far but nice and sunny!

I don't think a workout is in the cards today.  I'm taking my 2 daughters to their ice skating lesson and will get home around 12:30, but then my wife is going to the Philadelphia Flower Show and will be gone most of the day, so I'll be on kid duty.  But the weather's going to be great (50's - Woo Hoo!!!), so hopefully we'll spend a lot of time outside.  Have a great day, bEASTies!!!

Sunny and warm here in beautiful New Jersey.  Had a very nice group run this morning.  Tomorrow, I will free my bike from trainer bondage!  Have a great day, Jackie

Sunny and warmish here in Wisconsin.  I'm itching to do some yard work, but there are still at least 6 inches of snow cover.  Guess I'll need to wait a while!   I did get a very slow 8 mile run in.  Longest in a long time, and I did have to walk some.  I'm working on it...  Happy Weekend bEasties!

I went for a ride today with some people from my tri club. I fell behind before we had even gone a mile. There was no way I could hang with them and they left me in the dust. I did only 20 of the planned 32 miles. It wasn't any fun at all.

My legs have felt terrible for several months now, always tight, no spring.

Just popping in here quickly for an update. . . Ran my first 16-miler today (my longest run ever!!) and I feel great!  It's a beautiful day out!!  I definitely ran the second half of the run faster than the first half, and I sprinted to the finish Smile

Now time for a shower and nap!

Ugh.  You did get 20 miles in though - so that is a definite accomplishment.  Keep it up and you'll be passing them soon.  At least that's what I keep telling myself!!

My ride was killer too.  The first hour was GREAT.  I felt fabulous.  The second hour (which should have been only 30-45 min) was HORRIBLE!  My everything hurt.  My back, my legs, my head, you name it, I was dying!  I think it was too ambitious of a route for the first outdoor ride of the year.

So, the 4 mile race that I was DREADING yesterday, actually went well!! I have never, and I mean NEVER been able to run any faster than 10 minute miles. I figured with my lack of running lately I would be happy to just finish under 40:00. I finished in 37:51!! At first I figured the course was short, but after talking to several other people who have done this race several times before they saud they think it is right one. The course was flat and the weather was in the 40's and SUNNY!!! What a fantastic morning. I followed it up with some treks around the neighborhood - my daughter on her bike and me sprinting after her and some driveway soccer. My wine last night tasted SO good...

Today's plans are some swimming some biking and painting the bathroom...
