Triathlons Completed: Trybee Island sprint (June 9, 2013) (on a fixed gear  ) Current Goals: Get better at swimming, and compete in 2 more sprints this season (Langley pond, and Hot Dam Tri). Also possibly run rockin Savannah half marathon since i discovered running is my strong event. Also maybe move up to a road bike |

I love to run trails as it is so much gentler on the old bones. Kennesaw Mtn has a great system of trails. If I have shorter runs, I will jog the loop at Cochran Shoals. Triathlons Completed: None Current Goals: I am recovering from a herniated disc and am building my fitness level back. I was a runner and am looking to cross train to ensure that I strengthen my core to keep my back safe and healthy. The bike and swim sessions I have completed feel great. My body seems to recover from them much quicker than runs. I just started training and plan to sign up for the Carrolton Tri on Sept. 7, if all goes well. |
