Mark my words BOYS and mark them well... As of today my Triathlon nemeses are run4yrlife at swimming, Rick at cycling and Joel at running…you guys are going down! >>>insert super evil laugh here!<<<

Ha, I wish! Of course this is in a friendly way, but I will definitely use you as my motivators for training and aspire to be as fast as you are in each sport!

Ok, now you got me interested......nemsis huuummmmm.  Maybe I need to work a little harder and get into some RRs vs the short crits!!  Now I just need to get running also!!

Just let me get back to my old level before you come and challenge me to a full tri ....... being fast in one discipline does not make up for you being fast in one and REALLY fast in the other two!

It may be fun to posts our nemesis.  Of course it's all in good fun.

Mine is JohnnyKay and thegomer.  I don't know either guy, i know they are both from my area and we are all doing the same races.  I need someone to push me. 

Forget the good fun.  You just made my list.  I'm coming after you now!

Last year I stayed about even with Joel until the run in our HIM.  Since we're both doing Timberman, I'd like to see if I can't match that again--no delusions of keeping up with him on the run.
