97% of 08 Bike - I did a LOT of mtn biking so far this year.  I'll get the last 20ish miles this weekend!

48% of 08 Run - I did nearly all of my running in the last 3-4 months of last year, so this is on par and I will overtake.  (I ran 30 miles in June - I've run 90 miles total in 09 )

184% of 08 Swim - Had shoulder surgery in May that kept me out of the pool till late July of last year. This year I joined a Master's team as well.  I want to break 100k yds this year.

Up to this point:

Swim: 128% of 2008
Bike:   190% of 2008
Run:    153% of 2008

Yeah I sort of took a big break last year to heal up some nagging injuries. I spent more time doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu than my total bike and run combined last year.

Swim : 262% of my 2008 totals
Bike : 87% of my 2008 totals
Run : 167% of my 2008 totals

Bike - 115% of 2008
Run - 62% of 2008
Swim - 40% of 2008.

In par with my training - I've been biking much more (although empashis is on workload not necessarely volume), running start slow making sure I was ready to rock and the past 3 months I've bene hitting steady 100 Mi x month. For swimming I am way behind due to shoulder injury and because i made the choice to swim a bit less while working on biking. Still I am hoping to get my swim back up soon!

Pretty much the same race schedule this year, just hoping to do better. Aiming for IMC at the end of August.

Did IMKY last year and did IMCDA this year.  I focused a bit more on the swim last year than this year and more on the run this year than last year.

swim:54%
bike:67%
run: 72%

Makes sense, since I've recently upped my swimming during the week and added a 1-mile OWS some weekends. Run mileage was high towards the end of last year due to training for my 1st marathon in Feb. Coincidentally, swim and bike mileages were low at that time.

Good thread- nice to see where I stand halfway through my 2nd year of training.

My 2009 totals-to-date as percentages of 2008 totals:

  Swim:  402%
  Bike:      84%
  Run:     109%

I started training in August 2008 and then had a couple injuries that limited me to the pool for the last couple months of 2008 and beginning of 2009.  I'm finally starting to ramp up the run/bike volume for 2009.  Yay!
