Here are my hobbies, but don't call me manly or I'll add kicking your a$$ to the list:

I wouldn't doubt it!

Um, I rock-climb - another sport that is dominated by men, but that women are actually well-suited for.

In college, I drank like a frat boy (with frat boys)...does that count?

I also own a full set of tools and drill and know how to use them (and have used them).

x2 on climbing and being handy.

You forgot to add taxidermy .. we both love that!

And axe work.

betsy - 2007-10-23 4:18 PM ....it was a freezing cold day in the swamps of south Florida

Saying it's "freezing cold" in south Florida is decidedly *not* manly.

I bass fish and have been known to deep sea fish.

However, I also have been known to take a break from bass fishing to lay out on the back of the boat. So maybe that doesn't count...

First, which bass - small, bucket, stripe, rock?
2nd, what's your rig setup, i.e. baitcaster or spinner, and light, medium, or medium-heavy action?
Turd, live bait or artificial?
4th, spiderwire, twisted or mono, and line weight preference?

I'm a female orthopedic surgeon.  women make up less than 5% of all orthopedists.  Also I am sports trained and there are less than 50 female sports trained orthopedists in the world.  Don't know if its manly man but certainly male dominated.  Like I always say I can use power tools as well as any man.  I'm pretty much girlie girl in all other ways tho

I made my college spending (sometimes living) money by winning fights in open martial arts tournaments. Open = all styles, often no divisions. Some of them were unofficial "last man [woman?] standing" deals.

I am super girlie but love to watch and play competitive sports.  I play fantasy football and I was a lacrosse goalie in college.  I don't understand why anyone would choose to watch Lifetime over a good football game.

Unless you happen to be chest deep in water in the swamps of Florida during Ranger training, sometime in January. I believe there is an exception in that instance.
