Furthermore, I suggest everyone has a crazy training goal for each leg. I.e. I would want to go 10x100m holding 1:15s in the pool, or I want to run 20k in one workout. Such that it could add 10% to your training totals if accomplished. |

I need a taper so my goals will be down a good amount from July. As long as there are no rules about having to match previous month's goals I'll consider it. |
