Subject: RE: The trixie/matchman CUT THE CRAP challengeOhhh boy.. this is tough. I dont eat fried foods at all, I dont do simple sugars, except my Infinit during the weekend training, and I dont do much processed, so it seemed easy to jump in and just clean it up a little.
EXCEPT I cant give up my organic poptarts, or cardboard as Trixie calls them, and pizza!  All i crave all week is pizza  And its about the only thing that has kept me satisfied enough on these 17-20 hour training weeks. Sooooooo.. hmmm. I did have a organic, whole wheat dough pizza last night. Id say thats close.
I think it was good to assess everything else yesterday though and see that Ive managed to clean it up pretty well in the last year. |
