Something I just thought of:

Looooong threads (i.e. 20+ pages) are bandwidth KILLERS.

With the growing popularity of the TAN, more people browsing it and posting it could be clogging up the BT tubes. And running up the hosting bills.

So, teh mods in their infinite wisdom have decided to cut the TANs off a bit sooner.

Now, if we could just get one to respond...

Dang ol' typo, man.

TAN was allowed 90 pages, but it was getting cut at 85 or so.  We were at 40 or so?  (I think)

dear bcart1991.. are you 17?

Good point.. they did tell us that they were going to chop us off at 90 pages becuase of the above reasons.. Perhaps they reconsidered and cut if off sooner.. but usually that leads to a frozen thread that we can see floating to oblivion..

EASY chica.....  We know your on the prowl - 17 is too young missy.....

roffles

I haven't been 17 in 15 years...

Though I can come off that way on the internet? I'm on a couple other forums that are less than mature at times. It tends to rub off in other places.

Aikidoman - 2008-05-21 4:37 PM Can you get it pulled for saying COJ was a scary place today and TAN was a sanctuary? I DID say that......

haaa.. yeah.. maybe..

Really I was about to go off on a rude tangent.. now I will refrain..

it was regarding being single and.... ... frustrated..

But that's common place by now.... no?

I emplore you not to mock my dry spell..

Hon, you're not in a dry spell.. Ten years of a mostly sexless marriage is a dry spell..

ladies and gentlemen we have a new leader..

leader of the lack of sex club... great... just great...

On the plus side the clubs talking stick is a very large vibrating wand.

that will plug into a wii.....

Droughts only last a few months at a time, right? I live in the desert. I'd join the club, but I don't have a wii and the talking stick just doesn't sound too appealing.

I can probably guess what it was. And if that stuff starts again I may actually jump in and say something myself. We need to self-regulate, people. Anyway ... Cullen I thought you had some `fun' last night, whcih is why you were in such a good mood today. I mentioned in the TTINLT (thread that is no longer TAN) that you are NOT allowed yet to date. Your six months is NOT up!

`The scene' from Fast Times at Ridgemont High' is on right now. Pheobe Cates was spectacular back in the day. Poor Judge.

Leave tonight on the red-eye.  In tomorrow for several days, then to DC, and back to Vegas next Weds.  Short trip, but we have a lot planned...
