I've actually been looking EVERYWHERE for some sort of key to what the colors on teh mini calendar mean!! I haven't been able to find it anywhere!

So what do they mean? What's the difference between light and dark peach? What's blue? And what's yellow?

I can't join you I'm actually struggling a bit right now w/ increasing my distance and find myself HAVING to take a day a week off. My times just keep getting slower and slower; and I feel totally ligth headed, dizzy and yucky most of the time since my last increase. I need to evaluate what I eat, and get adjusted to what I'm swimming per session before I could commit to the challenge. But I thought I'd ask my question.

Thanks guys!

The calendar key is here.

You can still get peach on your off days.  It could be a 10 minute walk or some stretching.

Thanks!

I'm actually quite miserable w/ feeling crappy and trying to work through it. I took last night off, and I'm trying to rearrange everything for the rest of the week to still get it all in. Friday was supposed to be off. I'm trying to plan my swim tonight instead of my "run" since it takes longer, then squeeze the run in on Friday when there wasn't supposed to be anything. Then still get the long swim in on Saturday as planned. Then by the end of the week it won't be like I took an unplanned day off. Last night I just felt so bad I had no choice.

If that works, and next week goes better - then I'll be all set to join you. Believe me I'm starting at square one. Several people offline have been trying to help me figure it out b/c I"ve been basically whinning all the time about the light headedness, dizziness, etc. Who knew 15 min more per day would throw me for this big a loop?

Thanks again!

What do we need to do in order to participate in this challenge besides log our workouts on our own training logs?  Is there a spreadsheet?  Do we just check in periodically?  Do we do something to show our results at the end?

 Looking forward to it!!

Formula fixed!

It says that the month is 90% finished, but ignore that. I have it set to pull up today's date (which is the 28th). It'll reset tomorrow, when it's the 1st. And it'll calculate the percentage for March (31 days total).

Thanks!  I can do Excel on my own, but when it comes to these shared things, I'm clueless!

That's why you need to give it 30 friends.
