My particular bugaboo is efficient breathing (still suck at bilateral breathing). Would I be a drain on the group? If not, I'd also be up for a ride afterwards. We have ALL levels out there. Don't stress it at all. You'll only be a drain if you don't like to have fun!! At least you're brave enough to try bilateral breathing. I can't figure it out. |

I had plans to go with friends and they just cancelled. We would launch at sandy point SP and shoot up the Magothy River to find a place out of the wind. There may not be as many people since it's a holiday weekend but I'm definitely in (and maybe for a run or ride too). We can start a new thread for next weeks swim...
