You can BIKE and/or SWIM and/or RUN and/or DO SOMETHING ELSE (strength train, dance, hike, lose weight, or whatever else you want). YOU define the activities. (Does 'swimming' include kick drills? Does 'running' include elliptical work?) YOU decide, and set your goals accordingly. YOU set the goals. Only want to swim once? Only want to bike once? YOU decide, and set your goals accordingly. (But do try to challenge yourself!!!) ... I sense Dee, SuperCat, Tinky, and K will use the fourth activity as POST PADDING. tee hee  Ironman heavy-volume training is coming up for the next 4 weeks and I'll be directing my attention to that and family BALANCE (otherwise, wifey will not let me live it down).
