I've got a head start on everyone. I had the perfect start to a Peachy New Year- a run in the warm summer rain. Glorious.

I'm in.  Two month of being a slug post my A race last year.  I need it!   Another NorCaler.

My personal goals
1.  Start my Outseason plan for 2010
2.  Stretch every day.  Mostly I need to stretch two time a day.  I'm super tight and I need it.  At least Yoga 1X week
3.  100 push-up challenge.

First peach of the year!

NO problem!  Go peach!

ok ok I'm back!

Finally got off my butt today and "ran" on the elliptical then some core training!

Just wanted to share something from my log today:

"Blazeman Run....I ran because I physically could. Some day my body will not be able to do this....today is not that day. The basis for the Peach Challenge."

Hope it's not too late to join the senior citizens portion of the Peach Challenge.

Jorge hurt me in a different way today....my butt hurts from sitting in that saddle so long!

Ran yesterday, will swim and maybe run a little today.

Plan to start doing PT exercises/weightlifting 2-3x a week this year too, in order to hopefully not battle with the recurring back pains/joint pains i've had through the end of 2009.

 Batting 1.000 for the year!  1500 swim, hour on the bike, and core.
