Subject: RE: Women's May Challenge ThreadAdded my goals to the sheet. As I am prepping for a 1/4 and 1/2 marathon (Aug and Nov respectably ) I am trying to up my run mileage. This month I up to 3-4 miles for all 4 weeks with just over 60 miles on tap. I need to get all my runs in and see how it goes to see how I am progressing. So to keep that in mind and save my legs - I am going to attempt 65 miles running, 6 bike sessions and 12 strength sessions (really need to get the strength added back in ). As a side goal I need to do better at tracking nutrition starting on Monday. Look forward to the challenge. Stacie |
