Added my goals to the sheet. As I am prepping for a 1/4 and 1/2 marathon (Aug and Nov respectably) I am trying to up my run mileage. This month I up to 3-4 miles for all 4 weeks with just over 60 miles on tap. I need to get all my runs in and see how it goes to see how I am progressing.

So to keep that in mind and save my legs - I am going to attempt 65 miles running, 6 bike sessions and 12 strength sessions (really need to get the strength added back in). As a side goal I need to do better at tracking nutrition starting on Monday.

Look forward to the challenge.

Stacie

Hi Ladies!

I was cruising right along with my April goals and got oh-so-close before it snowed this week.  80 degrees today so I think it's done now.  May is going to be a good training month for me.

I've got my goals in the spreadsheet.  I'm hoping the lake warms up before the end of the month so I can get my swims done!

Oh, and to the guys who are lurking in our thread:  My legs are looking pretty darn good right now.  Too bad you won't get to see them.  Tongue out

Nothing for me today, but I have my first race tomorrow, an Aquabike: 0.5mi swim / 29 mile ride. I was told the water is up to 71F and the bike route is really flat. I'm really hoping to kick major butt on the bike :D

TriAya - 2010-05-01 9:54 AM From boobs to legs. My boobs are WAY nicer, so I'd really like to win.

I need to do 10 bike rides (at least 30 min qualifies as a ride).

Yeah! It is good to see you!

Had a busy morning with my daughter's soccer game, grocery shopping and occupying the kids while hubby resealed the driveway.  We got the kiddie pool out in the backyard since it was so nice!  I did get out for a 4 mile run in the sun this afternoon.  I am SO not not used to the heat and made a bee line for that kiddie pool when I was done.  Cool  But I had to start off the month right!

I'm racing on Sunday as well!  10K for me!

I got a nice little bike ride done today on the race course.  It is just as flat as I remember it.  I wish I was in better shape to try for a PR.  Oh well.  It will happen some day.

I hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Morning Ladies!!

I will figure out goals today and get them up.  I just returned from a vacation and brought a little GI issue home with me.  I will swim today but am holding off on R/B until I am completely better.

I am thinking we might want to ask the boys to shave for their losing leg shots.  What do you think?

I would say definitely not too late!  I think many are still figuring out their goals.  Come help us kick the guy's butts!  Or legs...?

Got my bike OFF the trainer and out on the road today.  Despite all the bugs that that thought it was funny to fly into my eyes and forehead, it felt great to be outside.  I love this weather!

Equal opportunity. Legatars must be of shaven legs, regardless of which team wins.

This could be a hardship for me. Last time I managed four months between leg shavings.

First workout to count for the month today - bike ride. Walked yesterday just to keep the legs moving.

Tomorrow - 3 mile run (increase for me) and some strength.
