wgraves7582 - 2010-12-30 11:47 AM Emma I have a question

Servings of Fruit/Veggies.  V8 says it is equal to x # of servings - do we go by that.  I make smoothie with that and then frozen fruits so I would end up with about 8 servings alone.

Is that right or is it 1 smoothie = 1 serving?

You blend V8 with fruit? Original V8? Imagining that flavour combination scares me a little. How do you like it?

I'm in!

I'm a little confused over the sugar/junk food category.  I guess you mean processed food that contain sugar and not those naturally occurring in fruits?  Do we need to read the label on everything to see if it includes sugar (or corn syrup, or other cleverly disguised sugar substitutes)?  Does soda include diet or only those that include sugar?  OR....  Am I being overly anal and I should use my best judgment and be consistent?

Sugar to me means added suger such as to cereal or tea... but I didn't even consider that other people might perceive it differently. What does everyone vote on this issue?

That's what I was thinking.  Also candy etc things that also qualify as junk food.  For soda, it's not soda of any kind so no diet.

V8 Fusion.  Here is what I did

1 8oz serving = 1 serving of Veggies and 1 serving of Fruit then I added 1 cup of Frozen Fruit (2 Servings) for a total of 4 servings from my smoothie.

Let me know if that is a problem

V8 Fusion is good! I like it.

80 min on my trainer today = 8 points, so far 3 points for veggies today and 1 for water.
