Can anyone give me directions to log in to the under 6 spreadsheet? Thanks! I think this is it... although my computer automatically logs me in so I'm not 100% sure on the gmail.com part. Master 2005 Silverton, Oregon | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Hi Rachel! I just signed up in the 10+ group with you! You kicked my butt last month, but I'm starting my Ultra training so those numbers should rise. The challenge is going to be keeping up with my training while spending most of the month in Louisiana with my daughter for the delivery of my first grandchild! Anyone know some good running routes around Leesville? |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge I'm in for another month. I kind of dropped off the face of the earth the end of January and didn't keep any logs so I guess I just missed out on the fun that last week. The challenge really helped me reign in the bad eating. I'm doing a lot better with the fruits and veggies so I thought I would join the challenge again this month to help keep me going. I also found a new training partner that is getting me up at 5 am so that should help me get my training in as well. I'm in group 1. |

Veteran 444 | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Ok, I'm in. Need motivation to stay with good eating and drinking more water, and I love a good challenge. I'm going in the 6-10 hr group, was under 6 hours per week last month but I want that motivation to kick it up a notch. |

Elite 3913 far northern CA | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge I signed up on the 6-10 hour sheet. I'm not fully understanding, though. Is this 6-10 hours of tri sports or combo tri sports and everything else? If I workout every day in a week, do I place a 1 in that field or a 7? |

Anyone know some good running routes around Leesville? Hi Roni - glad you are joining! Can't help you with running routes round Leesville though.... I saw dolphins on my run this morning. Fantastic! Also gave me a nice chance to stop and have a quick break. It was 27C at 5am this morning with no wind and ridiculously humid. |

Master 1639 Robbinsville NJ | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge No sbr today but 3points for one hour of shoveling some light snow and then a lot of ice chipping this morning. Also a point for water. Forgot at lunch and grabbed a coke zero by habit. If this challenge does nothing else hopefully it breaks me of that habit. Oh yeah, I'm incredibly jealous of the warm weather I saw down under! |

Master 1623 | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Been arguing with the internet to let me post so I'm hoping this actually posts unlike my last 3 attempts.... Average hours training for the groups is any training s/b/r plus whatever extra you would do during the week. If you earn the Bonus points then put a 1 in the column for the bonus point earned. |
